Centaurin, alfa-1, ADAP-1

 Kentauriini alfa 1  on kaksoisreseptori , se tunnistaa IP4 ja   PIP3  molekyylit, joihin se kiinnittyy.
Kentauriini alfa 1 proteiinia  koodaa geeni ADAP1  kromosomissa 7  ihmisellä. Se on moitokondriaalinen ja destabilisoi mitokondrian aiheutaen  apoptoosia.

Arf-GAP with dual PH domain-containing protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ADAP1 gene.[1][2]
Centaurin, alpha 1 has been shown to interact with Protein kinase D1,[3] Nucleolin,[4] PRKCI,[3] P110α,[3] Casein kinase 1, alpha 1[5][6] and Protein kinase Mζ.[3]
